摘要: The effects of polyurethane sponge pretreatment and slurry compositions on the loading in precursor were discussed, performances stainless steel foams prepared from precursors with different loadings particle sizes powder also investigated. experimental results show that alkaline solution is effective to reduce jam cells ensure uniformly distribute sponge, it an method for increasing precursor; mass fraction additive A solid content greatly affect precursor, when they are kept 9%–13% 52%–75%, respectively, foam may hold excellent 3D open-cell network structure uniform muscles; size have great bending strength, apparent density open porosity foam; 44 μm 0.5 g/cm3 used, a can be obtained, which has 81.2%, strength about 51.76 MPa 1.0 g/cm3.
