摘要: Abstract Purpose The purpose of this study was to analyze the outcome percutaneous management residual common bile duct (CBD) stones in patients with surgically inserted T-tube CBD after cholecystectomy. Material and methods Between April 2001 August 2015, 89 (52 women, 37 men) a mean age 55.7 years ± 18 (SD) (range, 22–88 years) underwent sphincteroplasty stone expulsion into duodenum Fogarty balloon catheter through tract for stones. All had previously undergone open cholecystectomy exploration insertion 7 60 days (mean, 14.4 days) before procedure. Results procedure complications were evaluated by review clinical notes, imaging laboratory findings. successful 87/89 (97.7%). Complete clearance achieved first session 86 (96.6%). One patient (1.1%) needed second session. unsuccessful 2 (2.2%) due inappropriate position impaction cystic remnant. Two including intra-abdominal collection distal stricture observed Conclusion Percutaneous is non-traumatic, effective safe method treatment who insertion.
