摘要: Abstract An assay is described for the determination of plasminogen activator activity, using an artificial tripeptide chromogenic substrate in a multistep procedure. Kinetics reactions are established presence stimulatory and inhibitory ligands. Optimum conditions determined crude extracts murine trophoblast parietal endoderm, endodermal cell line.
