摘要: Minimal invasive technique along with the widespread use of new pre contoured locking plates (LCP PLT, LISS PLT) has given rise many alignment related problems in fractures proximal tibia. A significant implant problem plate tibia is hardware irritation subcutaneous tissue by upper end plate. This caused large profile which sits off bone at end. general recommendation made some to try and reduce together help pelvic reduction clamps. We have identified this as a source error our practice potential introduce malalignment tibia, most often discovered post operatively. Here we will describe relevant cases, pitfall recommended steps be taken avoid error.
