The Influence of DC Bias on the Dielectric Response of Sr1-xCaxTiO3 Ceramics

摘要: The effect of the electric field on dielectric response Sr1-xCaxTiO3 ceramic system was analysed and complemented by structural microstructural studies. A monotonic decrease lattice parameter an increase average grain size from 11 to 23 μm with increasing x were observed X-ray diffraction scanning electron microscopy analysis respectively. Samples = 0.003 0.01 reveal a monotonous low-temperature constant, corresponding enhancement tunability reduction driving at 10-30 K for 0.01. For samples 0.04 0.10 ferroelectric phase transition around 20 together enhanced constant 30-85 0.10.
