摘要: Endobronchial treatment has an expanding role in the of tracheobronchial tumors. Most patients are treated this way for palliation dyspnea caused by a tumor located major airway. In cases where immediate relief is required, prompt control better achieved neodymium-YAG laser or stents. These two modalities and their indications limitations endoscopic management acute respiratory failure related to malignancies discussed.
