摘要: From 1953 to 1980, 657 patients survived a seemingly complete removal of histologically benign intracranial meningioma. Recurrence the tumor was found in 59 these patients, but some cases recurrence may have been missed inasmuch as only 69 were followed for 20 years. With ordinary life-table analysis, overall rate estimated be 19% at The reliability this result evaluated with modified analysis. Multivariate analysis showed that coagulation dural insertion, invasion bone, and soft consistency strong risk factors (p less than 0.01) recurrence. years 11% 249 none factors, 15-24% those one factor, 34-56% two.
