摘要: The phase relations in the (1−x)Nd2Fe14B–xSm2Fe14B system over whole concentration range have been studied by means of X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), differential thermal analysis (DTA) and scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive spectroscopy. Crystal structure parameters for all compositions (Nd1−xSmx)2Fe14B determined full-profile Rietveld refinements. These results revealed that intermediate alloys are similar to end member investigated system, Nd2Fe14B, a tetragonal (space group P42/mnm). formation continuous solid solutions has found this system. normalized lattice unit-cell volumes decrease linearly increasing Sm content. DTA measurements show melting temperature increases content no metastable phases were detected. Based on data XRD results, tentative diagram pseudo-binary Nd2Fe14B–Sm2Fe14B constructed.
