摘要: Since the 1940s mangroves have expanded their areal coverage in many estuaries northern half of North Island New Zealand. The extent mangrove colonization Waikaraka Estuary, Tauranga Harbour, has been documented using photogrammetric analysis, and impacts subsequent removal are analysed. Surface elevation changes response to measured RSETs (Rod Elevation Table) erosion pins, sediment accumulation rates were calculated from trap results.
