摘要: Purpose: To identify risk groups for oropharyngeal dysphagia in hospitalized patients a university hospital. Methods: The study was design as an exploratory cross-sectional with quantitative data analysis. researched population consisted of 32 admitted to the medical clinic at Patient history were collected, followed by universal swallowing screening which included functional feeding assessment, observe clinical signs and symptoms dysphagia, assessment nutritional status through anthropometric laboratory tests. Results: Of total sample, majority male over 60 years. most common comorbidities related chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, systemic arterial hypertension, congestive heart failure, diabetes mellitus acute myocardial infarction. food consistency that showed higher presence aspiration pudding predominant sign wet voice. Conclusion: There is high incidence even rate deficits or already malnourished. Hospitalized respiratory diseases, failure xerostomia indicated group dysphagia.
