摘要: A study by Garzon et al. (1980) has shown that the analgesia induced intraventricular injection of methionine-enkephalin(mENK) in rats was potentiated parenteral administration phenylethylamine(PEA). The present determined whether this peptide-amine interaction demonstrable at cellular level applying PEA and mENK iontophoretically to single cells rat cerebral cortex. In addition, similar studies investigated interactions between p-tyramine (pTA). latter amine been modify responses central neurones transmitters(Jones, 1981) it interest determine its effects on a non-amine transmitter candidate.
