摘要: The effect of inoculum density on growth and steady-state populations aPseudomonas sp., aMycoplana aCurtobacterium sp. in the rhizosphere if gnotobiotic barley plants was studied. Inoculation sterile seedling at concentrations about 1×103, 1×105 1×107 viable cells (mg dry wt root)−1 resulted rapid colonization; maximum 5×107 developed each case. We define this population as colonization potential. Measurement known bacteria might be a useful index amount available carbon energy lost by growing roots.
