摘要: Abstract Superoxide and hydroxyl free radicals are strongly implicated in the deleterious effects of reperfusion grafted organs. Iron ions critical Fenton-like reaction that generates oxygen-free from H 2 O . Using ADP/Fe 2+ /H 'OH-generating system, we demonstrated components an organ-preservation solution (Henri Mondor solution): sodium lactobionate, adenine, a nitroxide radical: 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-n-oxyl (TEMPOL), showed unexpected inhibition properties on production by complexation Fe for lactobionate or 3+ adenine. This was 75.5% at 12 mM lactobionate. Moreover, complete observed 50 mM. At 0.25 reduction 14.8% (maximum effect: 34.1%). Henri solution, identical adenine concentration, inhibited radical 91.5%, indicating additive effect. Nitroxide totally 'OH system 95.6%) partially ·− generating 74.8%). Thus, association these three preservation solutions would be original method to limit injury isolated ischemic
