摘要: The common queueing problem in hospital has always focused on domestic and foreign specialist. Various improved models of theory are widely used to solve problems. Most the existing research results focus improving efficiency outpatient service operation bed arrangement, rarely involve emerging phenomenon long-distance consultation queueing. With development medical information, more patients will request for remote primary hospitals obtain experts resources bigger most convenient way. In cities where some telemedicine is at forefront, there been a consultation, however, special that do not appear cannot be explained by model. Hence suitable model needed. We deduced following, according parameters, system simulated. It found internal medicine department congested. By analyzing number rooms influence length time, it concluded need change too much. This study enriches theoretical optimization management provides an analysis decision making method perfecting services.
