摘要: Electric cell-substrate impedance sensing (ECIS) is an in situ and real-time monitoring system used to detect toxic agents by changes of a confluent cell monolayer. When are introduced cells, they can cause change the barrier function, direct measure resistance current flow caused tight junction formation between cells. This exposure results immediate, quantitative measured electrodes, thus, continuously behaviour extension, exposure. We have developed ECIS-based protocol functionally characterise epithelial response when challenged different toxicants, particularly silver copper nanoparticles. verified our with observed structural fluorescent staining zonula occludens-1 (ZO-1) protein junctions model line.
