摘要: A high-performance liquid chromatographic procedure for the determination of carnitine that is converted to coenzyme A(CoA) stoichiometrically by acetyltransferase described. The separation was accomplished using Unisil QC8 column and a mixture 190 m t KH2PO4 methanol (87: 13, v/v) as eluent. present method rapid, sensitive, can be used routine analysis animal tissues plasma.
