摘要: Snake venom prothrombin activators have been shown to be excellent tools in diagnostic coagulation assays and studying the mechanism of activation. In this review we give an historical overview discovery snake their mechanisms action on prothrombin. Based effects accessory components human prothrombin-activating complex (calcium ions, phospholipids factor Va), can divided into four groups comprising that are metalloproteinases which either do not require (group A) or calcium ions for expressing activity B). The other serine proteases share homology with blood Xa plus optimal (Group C) is greatly enhanced by Va D).
