摘要: Abstract The palladium-catalyzed allylation reaction of trifluoroalanine derivatives with various allyl carbonates was examined. When N -Cbz-protected alanine derivative employed, the desired C -monoallylated product obtained in good yield, together , -diallylated and ones. Changing protecting group from Cbz to PMP caused an exclusive formation products high yields. types also proceeded smoothly. Based on present reaction, total synthesis α-CF 3 leucine analogue achieved.
