摘要: T LEAST 90 per cent of all human kidney A stones have calcium as a major crystal constituent. The investigation stone pathogenesis most frequently begins with determining whether an abnormality in metabolism is contributing factor. This report will review current information concerning factors which influence the excretion calcium. emphasis be on physiologic mechanisms involved rather than discussion specific disease states. With development rapid and accurate methods for determination body fluids, past ten years brought important advances our understanding interactions between kidneys. These are biologic importance not only because their central role certain states but also they provide intriguing model general relationship membrane transport.
