摘要: Universal, biocompatible coating platforms for articles intended to contact physiological fluids or tissues and associated methods of production are disclosed. The the present invention composed a polyelectrolyte molecular film containing one more biologically active compounds. is further complexed with surface an article by crosslinked interpenetrating network (IPN) made from at least multifunctional molecule crosslinking agent. IPN may entrap additional compounds within platform, be bound its outer surface. platform ideally suited providing medical devices anti-thrombogenic coatings.
