摘要: Abstract The double electrode voltage-clamp technique was used to study voltage-dependent Ca 2+ channels in Pleurodeles oocytes. From a holding potential of −80 mV, Ba-current ( I Ba ) (recorded Cl-free solution, = 40 mM) activated at −36.7 ± 4 peaked −11.6 mV and reversed 55 7 n 24). This current slowly (rise time 0.98 0.2 s; 14 −10 mV) not inactivated. Cadmium (Cd , 500 μM) completely inhibited . effect Cd dose-dependent (EC 50 37 5 μM; 5).
