摘要: A better understanding of the paracrine and autocrine regulatory loops within cumulus-oocyte complex (COC) is fundamental for improvement in vitro maturation (IVM) outcomes humans domestic species. This review presents most important local regulators identified COC to date with special attention those secreted by oocyte acting on cumulus cells, as well their roles different processes crucial successful COC. An loop mediated epidermal growth factor-like (EGF-like) peptides cells triggers maturation. During differentiation, factors (OSFs), particularly members transforming factor (TGF) fibroblast factor (FGF) families, regulate meiotic resumption, expansion, metabolism, apoptosis steroidogenesis.
