摘要: A gain-enhancement scheme that combines an active integrated antenna (AIA) and optically transparent reflectarray on solar cells is proposed for CubeSat applications. As antennas require a compact footprint, improving the gain over limited design space challenging. The exploits distinct environmental feature of space, namely, unlimited sustainable energy. This energy fed into microwave power amplifier, which cascaded with quasi-Yagi antenna. AIA approach can increase by 22.7 dB. Furthermore, arranged as feed reflectarray, provides twofold advantages. First, be further improved 11.0 dB; second, this placed already existing panels, so no additional clearance area required. We organize three modules, including module, management module. demonstrated prototype designed at 25.0 GHz. By fabricating using Indium Tin Oxide printed soda-lime glass, realized 41.3 dB dimensions $110\times80$ mm2; meanwhile, onboard electronics still activated due to management.
