摘要: A dielectric resonator antenna reflectarray and transmitarray integrated with solar cell for small satellite clean energy is proposed. The combination between the serve as a cover protection from environment. Three array configurations have been presented. In first one, unit-cell consists of transparent hemispherical DRA mounted on substrate ground plane. phase distribution achieved by changing both sizes. Maximum gain 27.18 dB bandwidth 1.77 GHz are achieved. second integration depends using fixed size cells, which results in all cells. inner radius hole inside each unit element. maximum 21.3 dB. order to overcome effect feeder blocking reflectarray, third configuration, applications. duplication two rectangular slots its 26.63 1-dB 1 obtained. three arrangements offer advantages surface coverage, volume, weight, performance. structures designed analyzed finite technique.
