摘要: Abstract Changes in sensor temperature, Δ T , and semiconductor resistance, R were simultaneously measured when various gas sensors exposed to reducing gases. The drop of the temperature was often observed, together with a decrease despite exothermic reaction gases surface oxygen adsorbates. As plausible explanation for this phenomenon, it considered that caused by change thermal conductivity sensors, as result an increase amount conduction electrons due consumption negatively charged ad-ions.
