摘要: Plasmid vectors encoding the infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus (IHNV) nucleoprotein or glycoprotein gene under control of a cytomegalovirus promoter were used to immunize rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) against IHNV. The plasmid DNA was injected into skeletal muscle fry, and immunization determined by detection virus-neutralizing enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay antibody activity, protection live challenge. Fish with glycoprotein-encoding pCMV4-G, either alone in combination nucleoprotein-encoding pCMV4-N, generated glycoprotein-specific responses. vaccinated fish also protected from subsequent IHNV receiving pCMV4-N did not produce measurable virus-specific killed infection. These studies show that vaccination will protect lethal effects
