摘要: Anew aspect of this study is the biocatalysis ability Anabaena laxa—fresh-water strain—which to date has not been studied with respect formation gold nanoparticles. The results our have shown that A. laxa able form nanoparticles (AuNPs) at good yields within 24 h incubation all three tested concentrations (0.1, 0.5 and 1 mM) hydrogen tetrachloroaurate (III). After 24 h, were mostly localized in growth medium, which significantly facilitates their isolation. However, elongation process accompanied by concentration exopolysaccharide (EPS) layer cyanobacterial cells. There a correlation between initial Au3+ cations AuNPs various shapes size. comparison activities living deactivated cells indicated formed more efficiently when metabolically active cyanobacteria used.
