摘要: Cryopreservation is a method which enables to store the cells for long time period and allows obtain appropriate amount of necessary transplantation. Unfortunately, isolated from organs like e.g. hepatocytes are susceptible freezing damage. Encapsulation may be considered as allowing protect during adverse conditions.
