摘要: Summary Long-term observations of Trichoniscus pusillus revealed that chemical composition and microbial activity the leaf litter serving as food influenced reproductive success females mortality rates juveniles well. Of sources investigated, only alder litter, exhibiting high activity, allowed maintenance a stable population with frequently reproducing females. This study concludes type is significant factor for parameters this parthenogenetic isopod. Our results on T. pusillus, belonging to taxon Synocheta, are compared data terrestrial isopod species Crinocheta.
