摘要: Abstract The TiO2 nanoparticles/nanofibers bilayer film has been fabricated via spin coating and electrospinning followed by calcination. with thickness of about 6.0 μm is composed anatase phase. Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) were assembled hydrochloric acid (HCl) treated film. results the photocurrent action spectra, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), I–V curves showed that each photovoltaic parameter DSSC increased concentration HCl increasing, reached a maximum value afterwards decreased. incident monochromatic photo-to-electron conversion efficiency (at 350 nm) overall (η) 0.05 M based enhanced to 48.0% 4.75%, which respectively 14% 6.3% than those on untreated
