摘要: A conceptual model for rapid lateral subsurface flow under extreme storm events in wet vegetated hillslopes with a high preferential network is presented. The kinematic form of Darcy’s equation and continuity sink term to account are used formulate equation. resulting numerically solved using finite difference approximation. physical parameters the derived from field experiments conducted hillslope Brahmaputra River basin India. Apart capturing buildup recession saturated profile hillslope, gives an indication hydrologically active macroporosity its dependency on rate recharge. computed hydrographs showed that investigation, response primarily controlled by flow.
