摘要: Adult CBA mice injected with Moloney Sarcoma Virus (MSV) developed tumors within 5 to 8 days which usually completely regressed 1 month. Maximal tumor size was variable, occurring between 10 and 15 days. Lymphocytes from these animals were examined for activity against syngeneic target cells bearing the Leukemia (MLV) -associate dcell-surface antigen. As previously found BALB/c mice, lymphocytes be active in microcytotoxicity tests cells; however, at time of testing have least lymphocytes. These also immunized H-2d antigens 13 prior their tested cytotoxicity 51Cr release assays. It that tumor-bearing animals, by day 10-16 after MSV infection, had significantly less than those development or regressed. thus concluded a component cellular hyporeactivity, as measured vitro primary hosts, is non-specific.
