摘要: The Notch signaling pathway has been shown to control cell-fate decisions during mouse development. To study the role of Notch1 in epidermal differentiation and development various cell types within hair follicle, we generated transgenic mice that express a constitutive activated form under involucrin promoter. Transgenic animals transgene suprabasal keratinocytes inner root sheath develop both skin abnormalities. overexpression leads an increase differentiated compartment epidermis, delays differentiation, shaft abnormalities alopecia associated with anagen phase cycle.
