摘要: Despite the significant efforts towards applying improved non-destructive and label-free measurements of biomolecular structures lipid-based gene delivery vectors, little is achieved in terms their structural relevance transfections. Better understanding structure–activity relationships lipid-DNA complexes expression efficiencies thus becomes an essential issue. Raman scattering offers a complimentary measurement technique for following transitions both DNA lipid vesicles employed transfer. This work describes use SERS coupled with light approaches deciphering bioelectrochemical phase formations between nucleic acids within lipoplexes surface parameters that could influence uptake non-viral carriers endocytic routes interacting cells. As promising alternatives currently risky viral systems or highly cytotoxic cationic liposomes, complexations zwitterionic lipids presence Mg2+ were studied colloidal Ag nanoparticles. It shown results be further conformational characterizations similar polyelectrolyte systems.
