摘要: The frequency of HLA-A, -B, and -DR alloantigens was studied in 46 patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome (pSS), 14 secondary (sSS) rheumatoid arthritis (RA), 26 classical RA without clinical or histologic evidence (SS) 172 normal controls. A statistically significant increase the HLA-DR5 alloantigen observed pSS patients, compared controls (P < 0.007, corrected). No differences were detected between extraglandular manifestations, nor any found anti-Ro(SSA) positive negative patients. The HLA-DR3 (30%) not significantly higher our population than (25%), that -DR4 sSS results present study indicate ‘SS susceptibility gene’ Greek is linked expression gene they support hypothesis fundamental may belong to another locus.
