摘要: BACKGROUND An ongoing study of the safety and effectiveness polidocanol by 98 investigators in Australia injecting 16,804 limbs over 2 years. OBJECTIVE To evaluate complications compare its with sodium tetra-decyl sulphate (STD) hypertonic saline. METHODS A single-arm prospective as a sclerosant was performed. This compared each investigator's previous experience other sclerosing agents. Patients had either varicose veins or venule ectasias and/or spider (telangiectasia). total were injected investigators.
