摘要: Cytokines released by various cell subsets in the male urogenital tract are capable of markedly influencing sperm function and fertility. We determined cytokine content seminal plasma patients with unexplained infertility correlated results infections parameters. Routine parameters, bacterial culture blood follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing (LH), testosterone were obtained from 14 infertile males 8 healthy control subjects. Interleukin 1 beta (IL-1 beta), interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha) levels measured enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IL-1 beta, IL-6, TNF negatively number progressively motile sperm, but there was no correlation total counts, viability, pH, morphological alterations, type abnormality, Cytokine significantly elevated exhibiting or mycoplasmal tract. Urogenital lead to an release inflammatory cytokines, most probably immunocompetent cells lymphocyte/macrophage origin. such as IL-1, and/or might influence motility via direct indirect effects, resulting reduced mucosa penetration properties. Therefore, our data suggest that cytokines may be involved
