摘要: Sperm motility requires the interaction of intracellular factors, including an adequate level adenosine triphosphate (ATP), functional axonemal dynein ATPases, and intact axoneme bathing in a proper ionic environment. These factors also represent minimal conditions required to initiate maintain modeled spermatozoa (i.e., demembranated by detergent treatment which is initiated addition ATP ions (1-4). Extracellular that affect these requirements will cause arrest sperm motility. Factors such as agglutinating antibodies act at surface cells forming physical network bound each other obviously via different mechanisms. This chapter not cover effects immobilizing or on motility, but it focus actions infections, proteins immune system, polymorphonuclear leukocytes, reactive oxygen species (ROS).
