摘要: Abstract A liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) method was developed for the analysis of antiviral agent ribavirin in human plasma and serum. The samples (0.1 ml) were extracted from matrix using a simple protein precipitation procedure. supernatants evaporated to dryness, reconstituted injected onto LC/MS/MS system. chromatography separation achieved on silica column operated with an aqueous–organic mobile phase. use not only provided adequate retention extremely polar compound ribavirin, but also enhanced electrospray ionization sensitivity high percentage organic solvent has been validated over concentration range 10–10 000 ng/ml Bamethan used as internal standard. extraction automated based 96-well format robotic handlers improve overall throughput analysis.
