摘要: Our previous studies revealed that cytokine induced apoptosis inhibitor 1 (CIAPIN1), which was reported to be essential in mouse definitive hematopoiesis, related multidrug resistance gastric cancer cells and the distribution of CIAPIN1 normal human tissues similar Ras. This study aimed explore whether plays a role carcinogenesis. Expression normal, inflammatory mucosa, precancerous lesions adenocarcinoma detected by immunohistochemistry western blotting and, influence on proliferation investigated ectopic expression RNA interference (RNAi). immunohistochemical results demonstrated antral mucosa progressively reduced along sequence normal/inflammatory mucosa-atrophy-intestinal metaplasia-dysplasia-adenocarcinoma. The downregulation cancerous further confirmed blotting. No relationship between level clinicopathological parameters such as age, gender, differentiation, TNM stage existence metastasis found patients. In vitro cellular experiments, cDNA transfection resulted suppression cell inhibition cycle progression while knockdown with siRNA accelerated promoted SGC7901 MKN28 cells. These suggest downregulated may contribute carcinogenesis accelerating promoting progression.
