摘要: Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) can self-renew and give rise to all the of blood immune system. As they differentiate, HSCs progressively lose their self-renewal capacity generate lineage-restricted multipotential progenitor that in turn mature cells. The development rigorous quantitative vivo assays for HSC activity combined with multicolor flow cytometry high-speed sorting have resulted phenotypic definition virtual purity. Here, we describe isolation identification by use competitive repopulation assess number function.
