摘要: © (2014) by the Committee of WHEC2014. The debate on low carbon heat in Europe has become focused a narrow range technological options, largely neglecting hydrogen and fuel cell technologies. Yet commercial ventures installing CHP establishing pilot programmes for injecting into natural gas grids have already emerged. Furthermore, recent research suggests that potential cells may been overlooked, suggesting gap between scientific evidence base policy direction. Thus there is clear need-also recognised government-for assessment meeting goals European policy: provision secure, affordable, low-carbon heat. UK H2FC Hub, which represents community, launching White Paper May 2014 to set out contribute heating future. This paper will provide an authoritative, accessible, detailed account specifically targeted at policymakers other stakeholders. It bring together technical, economic, market, system issues surrounding
