摘要: In this study, we investigated the expression and distribution of muscarinic cholinergic receptors (mAChRs) different signaling pathways associated with mAChR activation in atria isolated from adult neonatal rats. Carbachol stimulation mAChRs both rat led to a negative inotropic response phosphoinositide hydrolysis, an increase cyclic GMP levels, decrease AMP production. However, compared atria, showed hypersensitivity contractile effect induced by carbachol. Pharmacological analysis antagonists indicated that M1 M2 subtypes are important mediators carbachol atria. contrast, agonist was coupled only subtype. Moreover, increased number total labeled atrial membranes those adults. Although predominant population is expressed at stages development studied, competition binding parameters calculated for presence high-affinity sites, higher affinity neonates than These results suggest differences observed between their may be related differential and/or changes functional coupling during development.
