摘要: We report the case of a 49-year-old man who presented with pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis associated polymyositis and interstitial pneumonia. Three months after administration prednisolone cyclosporine, he noticed mild abdominal distension, radiographic examination showed intraperitoneal free gas intramural gas, suggestive (PCI). Additional treatment combination doxycycline high-dose oxygen therapy was effective in relieving clinical symptoms reducing gas.
