摘要: The effectiveness of adriamycin in the treatment ovarian cancer and other human tumors has been limited by development drug resistance. Verapamil, a calcium channel blocking agent, completely reversed resistance cells with moderate (three- to sixfold) degrees partially highly (150-fold) resistant cells. potentiating effect verapamil was due inhibition efflux These results have led clinical trial refractory patients.
