摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes the procedures for preparation of basal and activated in vitro transcription systems RNA polymerase II (Pol II)-dependent genes. The system also supports I- III-dependent transcription. Development plant is critical elucidating biochemical mechanism gene its regulation plants. Tobacco nongreen cultured BY-2 cells are a good source this purpose because cell line has fastest growth rate among lines reported tobacco provides powerful tool with which to analyze vivo by well-established transgenic technique.
