摘要: Eight different protocols were compared for their ability to raise protection against immunodeficiency virus challenges in rhesus macaques. The most promising containment of challenge infections was achieved by intradermal DNA priming followed recombinant fowl pox booster immunizations. This did not require neutralizing antibody and active a series ending with highly virulent primary isolate envelope heterologous the immunizing strain.
