摘要: Abstract Corrosion of a C/SiC composite has been investigated in the atmosphere containing oxygen, water vapor and sodium sulfate at temperatures range from 1000 to 1500 °C. The effect on corrosion mechanism were discussed based weight change, residual strength microstructure calculated results FactSage. is attributed (i) permeation gas through SiO 2 film below 1300 °C, (ii) diffusion oxidant pores caused by bubbles broken above 1300 °C. does not change but temperature which works accelerating oxidation SiC .
