摘要: Abstract In order to produce an anti-ablation composite for high temperature structure applications, porous carbon fiber reinforced matrix composites(C/C) have been infiltrated by mixed Si-Mo-X powder (X=Ti, Al, Zr) at different temperature. Microstructure and ablation behavior of the composites investigated compared. The results show that higher are denser with Ti addition while lower Al or Zr addition. Distribution ceramic phases in is determined infiltration process. Three distinct kinds interface between can be distinguished according chemical compositions phases. Furthermore, a multi-step model proposed distribution analysis interface. Composites Si-Mo-Ti Si-Mo-Zr exhibit better resistance, which mainly benefits from their phase compositions.
