摘要: The impact of protein fouling on platinum electrodes was assessed by electrochemical methods. Protein affected the electrode potential and charge transfer through electrode-solution interface. Adsorbed proteins partially blocked electrode, with no passing regions. theory methodology for investigating is fully presented, applied to adsorption, implications bionics applications are discussed. had a reduced admittance, increased impedance polarization resistance consistent smaller effective area. storage capacity injection decreased after adsorption. area cyclic voltammetry. diffusion profile towards mixed between linear radial diffusion.
